150 Mile Range TV Antenna

So called "150 MILE RANGE ANTENNA"

We do not sell this antenna

Those who have purchased the so called "125 or 150 mile range antenna" we cannot help you improve the performance of this antenna. We do not sell the antenna or anything like it. The number of people contacting us for help with the 150 mile antenna has gotten out of hand. If you have purchased this antenna and are not satisfied with the results please contact the business that sold you the antenna. All we can do is suggest to you a TV antenna and equipment that will work. Buyer be aware the 150 mile antenna is imported from China is of poor quality and does not perform as advertised. Recently I noticed a claim made for 200 mile antenna reception. Where will it end?

How do the Orca or the Lava antennas compare to the more conventional TV antenna's such as the Wingard or HD Stacker?

Ask your question: I am interested in something like the HD Stacker or the Wingard 7082p based on the range and the fact that I am putting the antenna in the upper part of my garage.

I also see some of the antennas by Orca or Lava that have much smaller footprints.

On my former home I have used Wingard and many years prior to that on my first home an RCA model similar to the Wingard.

How do the Orca or the Lava antennas compare to the more conventional TV antenna's such as the Wingard or HD Stacker?

Thank you
Steve

Hi Steve,

The two antennas (the Lava and the Orca) perform as the size would indicate. In other words, there's no substitute for size when it comes to antenna performance. Assuming the antenna in use is of proper design a larger antenna will outperform a smaller antenna every time.

The Lava and the Orca antennas are part of a large group of low quality antennas imported from China. These antennas are marketed by companies who have never been in the antenna business. Most wouldn't know a good TV antenna when they see it.

The fact is "cord cutting" in the U.S. is on the rise and antenna sales are booming. The Chinese and U.S. importers want a part of the action.

If you have any questions or if I can assist you further please don't hesitate to contact me.

Best Regards,
Denny Duplessis
